Chef observed handling ready to eat sliced turkey with bare hands. Chef informed that a kill step of cooking the turkey must be conducted. Chef stated turkey will be cooked to 165 prior to service. (Corrected On Site) - Insects, rodents, & animals not present
Fruit flies are present in the bar area. The establishment has had pest service multiple times since inspection 10/15, 10/20 however there was no noted treatment for small flies in the bar area. The manager was instructed to not store bar mats in drain wells and to remove dump pans when not in use. (CORRECT VIOLATION WITHIN 5 CALENDAR DAYS)
