Basic - Ceiling tile missing. Throughout restaurant.
Basic - Exhaust system operated with filters removed. No means to capture grease and/or condensation to prevent dripping.
Basic - Grease on the ground and/or pad around grease receptacle. Needs to be cleaned.
Basic - Mop/service sink in disrepair. Needs to be cleaned, water not draining.
Basic - Outer openings of establishment cannot be properly sealed when not in operation. Back door.
