I've been going to this Chipotle for a couple years since I live close by. I've never had a problem with them and I loved how fast and hardworking the service tends to be; however in the past couple months it has been terrible! The lines do get long but on average it takes no more than 10 min to get through, but with the same line, it has been taking at least half an hour! There's barely enough people on line working and their since of urgency, even with the line being pass the front door, is beyond slow. Plus, even with the line being obviously long one of the staff decides to take a break and go have a chat in the back. What happened to the service here?
