By far the best Spanish Restaurant in Tampa regardless of what that guy in Ybor says. Over 82 years staying true to recipes developed in Cuba and Spain by chefs trained in the 5 Star Casinos of old Havana. Sarapico was a chef in Tampa who worked at many of the top Spanish Restaurants developed the dishes claimed by PR people that the owner in Ybor claims. They’d have to prove it.
