Used to be my favorite place to eat, until today that is. The waitresses were very rude, hounding me to leave while i eat, and there was hair in my plate as i served myself prior to even walking away with my plate so i took it to whom said he was the owner, rafael. He said oh it happens and laughed. This to me was a serious matter. He then started raising his voice because i asked him if i am supposed to just stay with a hair in my food and loss of appetite. He himself pulled the hair out of the chicken and saw the chicken break into pieces because the hair was so thick and deep in the chicken as if it was cooked into it. He was careless and rude. From what used to be my favorite place ever turned into my worst dine in buffet experience. If you eat there please beware as to that is a health concern and hazard.
