Observed roach activity as evidenced by live roaches found 25 LIVE ALL SIZES UNDER TRASH CAN DOLLY.(ONE RUNNING AWAY FROM UNDER TRASH CAN WHEN EMPLOYEE MOVED THE TRASH CAN ,ASKED EMPLOYEE TO REMOVE TRASH CAN FROM DOLLY AND TAPPED DOLLY ALL FELL OFF THE DOLLY AND RUNNING ALL OVER . BROUGHT ALL THIS TO EMPLOYEES ATTENTION This violation must be corrected by : 10/08/2009. OPERATOR EDUARDO HINOJOSA SHOWED UP AT 12:30 PM COVERED ALL THE VIOLATIONS WITH HIM AND HE DISAGREES WITH 25 LIVE ROACHES HE CALLED THE EMPLOYEE WHO WAS PRESENT AT THE TIME AND ASKED HER IN THEIR NATIVE LANGUAGE AND NOW SHE IS SAYING THAT SHE SAW 12 LIVE ROACHES NOT 25 This violation must be corrected by : 10/08/2009.
