  • High Priority - Sewage on ground from failed septic system. Noted several inches of water pooled over septic tank in field immediately adjacent to restaurant. Observed fluid flowing from this pooled area, through field, and down into parking lot. Observed additional route of fluid flowing through trench along side of building toward back of building. Also, observed fluid from this septic area has seeped into side of restaurant along ground resulting in slightly damp and peeling baseboards behind coolers in kitchen. Also observed rotted wood behind baseboards in kitchen and entrance area. Also observed black buildup along bottom of wall outside of restaurant adjacent to septic field.
  • High Priority - Sewage/wastewater backing up through floor drains. Storm drain in parking lot adjacent to restaurant and septic tank field is completely backed up with mud.
