When open, water quality tests for disinfectant level and pH at Class C & D pools and spas at Class C facilities shall be conducted at least once per day or more often if necessary to assure proper disinfectant and pH levels. If an automatic control system for disinfectant and pH is in place, disinfectant and pH levels must be measured at least once each day.

Corrective action: At class C & D pools where no lifeguard is provided, a securely mounted sign which is readily visible to swimmers with the warning words "NO DIVING" and the international symbol for no diving with letters at least four inches high shall be placed in plain view. All letters must be in 4 inches.
