A couple to speak of in Mobile, both on Azalea Rd. just south of Airport - Pho 88 (east side) and a noodle shop on the west side (the name escapes me) - can't miss it, tho...it's literally right across Azalea from Pho 88. Both have really good food, and excellent spring rolls. More of a "local" crowd (i.e. Vietnamese) at Pho 88.

Don't mean to bring up a dead topic but I was looking for a restaurant like this too. The one in Homewood on Green Springs is across the street from Publix called Que Huong. Love it! Much better than the Pf Chang's.
