Right now I am just in the process of looking. This next summer I am driving up for about two months. My goal is to find some land then. I will buy the land either this summer or in between this summer and next.
I have been hearing about all the scams, permafrost places, etc...
Obviously there are lots of scams out there, but I am hoping that I can get you guys' opinion before I make any decisions..because the people here seem to know their stuff pretty well.
I wanted to live in Southland, New Zealand...but its looking like the affordability is not longer there. Alaska is a tad bit colder but is still beautiful nevertheless.
Anyways the couple of areas of land I have been looking at are off Neanana Road I believe...its just off the main highway. Anyways let me know whats going on...do you have facebook or anything?
