Does that old saying, red at night, sailors delight still have a bit of truth to it in Bethel?

And of course, red in the day, sailors dismay is the other half...

And red sky in the morning sailor take warning.

In my experience it seems to be true most of the time although weather changes faster in Alaska than anywhere else I have ever been.
