My friend's son is missing
KTUU : Two Southeast Alaska Searches for Missing People Under Way
Please keep my friend's son in your prayers. Search & rescue has been searching since Sunday, folks on the ground, Coast Guard & Black Hawk helecopters finding no sign, search dogs being brought in today. This is the son of the man who has led our Search & Rescue efforts for many years..not looking good. I hope we don't have another heartbreak coming.

One in the afternoon of day 4 and still nothing. Thank you for your prayers everyone, keep 'em coming. This young man had all the training and right equipment with him including a sat phone. He'd been checking in regularly until Sunday morning, not good. The only son of the kindest people, this father has headed the rescue, found and saved so many of our friends and family over the years. I just can't imagine what he's going through.
