looking for any and all information on the palmer tunnels and utilidors ive been searching for information on them and i really cant find any

ive stumbled onto that one as well. if i can find a location of an entrance id gladly check it out and take lots of pictures

I've always heard there are tunnels, but it's always been from someone who "heard from a friend whose cousin's neighbor's uncle's" told them about it.
We know historically there was utilidors, but I'm guess by now they've been blocked off or filled in. As the one article that is linked above mentions, if they run under the road it would be a hazard to not fill them in.
