I have 3 CD's with me. I'm up around 4 to 4:30 PM and am in the office all night. We're out at 2L pad. Not much for lights out here so I'm hoping for some northern lights photo op's.

It looks like there is very mild aurora in the sky at Poker Flats. Nothing to write home about. But wait Friday it should be real good.

It may give you a window to see some. With the weather patterns always changing you never know. I have had that happen to me before Rance. I was all clouded out for one of the best aurora displays and figured It was going to be a bust when the clouds broke and I was engulfed with the lights. Bright enough to cast my shadow on the ground.
