Who offers the best reception in Alaska? AT&T, Verizon or Sprint? I will mainly be in the area of Fairbanks sometimes traveling to Anchorage. I looked each of them up but they all say they offer service but I want one that works! Thanks

As I understand it AT&T has the greatest coverage. I have Sprint & it worked well in the MatSu Valley, Anchorage & the Kenai. Coverage was terrible in SE AK.

Of the major provider AT&T has the best coverage.

Other options include ACS, GCI, and Digitel.

I use Verizon, and have had coverage everywhere I've been except: the middle of Denali park, on the 'Top of the World Highway" heading to Dawson City. This includes Fairbanks, Anchorage, Tok, etc and SEAK. Sound quality has been very good, as usual.

Why? I've had nothing but great service from them.

We had AT&T when we got here, lots of dead spots around the valley. Now we have ACS and the service has been great.
