Unfortunately for some of us, you can't access the Alaska Job Network site unless you are an Alaskan resident. It allows you to look at the brief listing, but not the full one. Fair play though.

Rep or reputation is added by either clicking on the plus sign on the lower portion of the post where is says to rate positively (adding 1 point to the posters rep) or on the scale in the dark blue line upper right(which adds more points)

Your welcome and posters will give rep points for nice posts or for giving information, etc. And when you get a rep point where there is a comment from the one who repped you, well if you click on it, you'll see which post they gave you a rep for.
