Yup. I have no plans to read it but I'm sure Notrees will pour over every word and give us a complete report. As Met says, it's a free country so those who want to decry Sarah's every move are perfectly free to do so if that's what floats their boat. I'm sure the publisher relishes all of the free advertizing! I personally am uninterested either way. And it's a two way street as well. Sarah is perfectly free to write whatever she wants.

The old saying comes to mind here.

I'll bet Sarah is laughing all the way to the bank.

I do get tired of all the tabloid-type commentary and focus on the former gov., which is why I've been staying out of the political forum lately. But since she wants to put herself forward as a major political player, discussion of that is legit.

Very true that Sarah is able to write what she wants, which is why curiousity has me. The past few years at least, she has done and said what she wanted, sometimes against supposedly better advice from others, and in my opinion seemed to revel in doing just that and also seemed to learn to 'perform' when a camera was around. She is only 'human' right? and seemed to lose focus of what she said was important to her for Alaska when she took the VP nomination, hence doing the right thing for Alaska and leaving the office part way through her term, giving her time to focus on her other important issues. I find it interesting as to what makes people tick, and at times she has appeared to tick a little off the realm of what most would consider normal for someone in the positions she was in...

One thing I can't really fault her for is being tempted by the money; anyone would be.

I'll read it about the same time I read Levi Johnston's book, which means never. If you want to talk about ghost written books, he probably doesn't know more than a dozen or two words.

Why bother, she didn't even write it.

after some thought.....I liken her book to Billy Beer....when they get stuck with tons and tons of the crap and have to give it away...I'll read it, only if its free.....she's an idjit and surely the writer will make her sound a whole lot more refined, more educated and well spoken than she is in real life!!

Meh, I don't care enough about Palin to even bother with the book (while I am a fan, I hardly find time to read books that I *WANT* to read).

However, I will pick up a copy of Common Sense here soon (anyone have a copy they want to send?)
