I vote for Barq's. Stewart's is good, too. No offense to anyone, but I think A&W is a bit too sweet, with not a whole lot of true root beer "bite". How is Hire's? I don't know if I've ever had it.
Barq's, both for the bite, and due to the fact that it's caffeinated.
A&W is too syrup-y sweet for me. The others, I've either never had or find them just okay. But the only root beer I actually enjoy is Barq's, unless we're talking specialty stuff.
Wanna, I like to put my bottle of root beer in the freezer and get it cold enough where, when you take the cap off, it turns to sluch. You that and 2 big scoops of ice cream and you're all set! Mmmmmm!
