I am looking for a good healthy beer no more than 6.5% abv. I've considered sams boston larger and it seems nice from what I hear.

I don't want anyway telling me it's not healthy at all, because it is. The only downside was increase obesity which I'm assuming is from the grains which means pretty much a study can say "don't eat bread" so I don't want to hear it.

I'll only be drinking 1-2 beers a day as it's good for me heart.

I go back and forth on this as well.

Currently have a self-imposed rule that I won't drink during the week, with exceptions for special occasions like holidays, pay raises, or my mother-in-law deciding she's going to stay at a hotel instead of our house next time she visits.

Sometimes wonder if it is foolish to be concerned about throwing back a couple beers after work every day like so many other people I know. Heck my beer isn't anywhere near 6.5%.

I personally can't drink beer every day. I tend to drink it when I have a craving for it. I like to drink different types of beer. I never have been one if those loyal beer drinkers like many of my friends are lol. One of my favorites is Modelo Especial.

I drink wine every day. At least 2 glasses. I love it.

My dad loved his 2 beers per day. If you are healthy, enjoy!

Personally I don't like the lagers too much. They're just too dark for my taste. I like Killians Red occasionally.

Pyramid Apricot Wheat beer. Nice and smooth.

Of course, I prefer a glass of red wine every night at the little one gets to bed.

I drink a beer just about every day with dinner. My choice tends to be whatever craft beer was on sale last time I was at the store. Hard to say which beers are healthier than others though. Maybe you could go for a light beer (Bud light, Michelob light, Budweiser select) but what would be the point? I will GLADLY consume the extra 100 calories for a beer that tastes much better.

Guinness actually is fairly decent nutrion-wise (lower calorie count than a lot of other beers). If you like something heavier/darker it could be a good option
