Theories on why margarita drinks (ONLY from one specific place) make me throw up the next day? (liquor, tequila)

This is a pattern with a specific establishment, not just a one time occasion. I feel like writing the owner letting him know, but I'm wondering if he'll just dismiss the complaint as someone who just had too much. Yesterday it happened again, I only had two drinks. At other places I have much more margarita with no issues.
I'm not looking to gain from this, I just think it would be a good idea for them to check the sanitation or something. The drink doesn't taste "off" to me, but the day after I inevitably get a sick stomach and throw up starchy green liquid. I'm the only one in my group that drinks margarita. And again, I throw up about 12 hours after, not during the festivities.
I only throw up what appears to be in the margarita, any food and anything else I've had gets digested as normal with no issues. They make them with tequila, triple sec, juice.
Have you gone to the doctor to rule out any medical concerns? It could be something like an acid reflux issue or allergies
I was also thinking an allergic reaction....which would be ironic considering the one myth how the margarita got its name.....but they tend to be quicker than 12 hours.
Sounds more like an ulcer or reflux aggravated by the citric acid if there is any connection.
Margaritas in most joints are made with the cheapest, low quality "tequila" they can get their hands on; mixtos that are 51% tequila and 49% garbage. Ex: Cuervo Gold, etc.
My advice: make your Maggies at home with good quality ingredients, meaning tequila that's 100% blue agave.

Haha!
Cuervo is not the lowest-quality tequila out there, and it's also not what most bars use to make their house margaritas.
They usually use Aristocrat and other similar brands, which are very cheap. It could very well be the cheap tequila that that particular place uses.
I love margaritas, but if I threw up even once, that would be enough for me!
