I would think that instead of juicing it would be a better idea to use some sort of blender similar to a "Magic Bullet," although it does not have to be this specific brand or model, just some sort of blender or food processor. What I am thinking about is the very large amount of pulp that's discarded when using a juicer. It makes more sense to me to just turn everything into a liquid one can drink, pulp and all.

That said, I have both a juicer and the Magic Bullet, each which I should use more often, and I will admit that I don't. I just have to make a commitment and stick to a plan for the long run, since it would be to my benefit as I get older

Yes.
But it's a fact that people will commit to something if it seems like it's an "answer" and something different from their regular routine. Just eating your vegetables is boring, gotta jazz it up with "healing powers" and stuff. LOL.

I have a Nutribullet though, I use it sometimes because I'm in the mood to drink something rather than eat something.
