I googled it and found this: "The primary active ingredient of Arterosil is rhamnan sulfate, derived from a rare green seaweed found in east Asia."
Then I googled "rhamnan sulfate" and most of the sites that popped up used scientific language that laymen couldnt understand. One site did mention its suppressive activity of blood clotting. That alone might be somewhat frightening.
