I don't have anxiety, but a person I know with high anxiety fin's Sleep Calm by Boiron very helpful.
I recommend meditation and yoga.

I've started this thread so that people can find different ways of managing their anxiety. It's different for everyone so I wanted to talk about all the different options. I personally have found that working on being healthy and staying busy probably works best for me.
