Peru, the only one that is considered "World Class" although I occasionally have eaten Brazilian and have lunch once a week at an Argentine Steakhouse, But I would not classify a "Huge slab of beef" on a plate with french fries as cuisine.

Yeah i keep hearing about Peru. I wrote in the forums not too long ago that if i were to open a restaurant (U.S) it would be a Peruvan restaurant due to the low supply that there are.
Better question would have been "What is the 3rd Best Latin American Cuisine after Mexican and Peruvian".
The way the votes are going, yeah maybe. Then again some people don't like those two cuisines and then the thread would become " Is Mexican and Peruvian Cuisine really the two best of Latin America?"
