Ok, we have covered every possible topic with 15 threads on each one by now. But I don't think we have ever discussed this topic.

Where is the WORST place to live in Arizona?

Include the city or place AND your reason(s). Serious question but we can have fun with it.

We can tally a score later.

Me first:
Phoenix - Anywhere in Phoenix.

Because it is in the "Valley of the Face of the Sun." Need I say more? I was at my aunts some years ago in July and my flip flops MELTED to the asphalt.

Runner Up: Ajo
Also known as, "Awful." Because, the bugs, the pigs, the weeds, and the fact there is nothing to do and the nearest real market is in Phoenix.

Bullhead City jk haha.

The title belongs to Yuma. Yuma is hands down the worst place I can imagine living in. It is the probably the blandest city I have ever seen, it is insanely hot there, the scenery is ugly, there is no economy, and it is boring.

Kingman - boring, economically depressed, and not a dog friendly town.

There is a little town between Kingnam and Boulder Ciity that likely is just a fine place but it sure does have a name that makes you want to stop there for soda.. "Chloride". But you never know what choices they had when naming the city.. maybe it was Chloride or Rattlesnake Den and they made the better choice..

Not "dog friendly"? I'm curious, in what way? No dog parks? (I wouldn't use one with any dog of mine, but others feel differently). Strict leash laws? Just wondering....

Winslow and Mammoth strike me as dying and sad.

Winslow reminds me of Tucumcari, NM. Except that half the businesses (even franchise chains!) off I-40 aren't shuttered. Honestly I love old 'dying' towns like that. Never lived in one, though...

Worst place to live in AZ I'd say would be Tempe, Mesa, or West Phoenix. Yuck. The least desirable neighborhoods of Tucson - and to a lesser extent, Flagstaff - would even be preferable to those metro-Phoenix areas.

Worst? So you would rather live in Yuma over Tempe? What about Tempe do you not like....?
