Looks like a Desert Willow. We've planted a couple of Chitalpas - cross between a Catalpa and a Desert Willow - on our property near Benson. Your pic makes we anxious to see what it looks like when it blooms.

Regarding the $million piano, I visited the Birdcage with out-of-town family a month or so ago, and I swear I don't remember seeing it. That doesn't mean it went away, I just don't recall seeing it. Also one of the pics shows a stove pipe I don't remember, and a whole bunch of vintage photos on the wall I don't remember seeing. I could be dead wrong--the ol' memory has more gaps than Swiss cheese any more, but I just wonder if maybe the present owners are selling things off. It's really sad how many historical items that once were a part of Tombstone have disappeared into private collections.
