This is great news for consumers. Arizona will start having their own Tesla dealerships. To those who are new to this, consumers had to order their Tesla to be delivered here. Unlike states like California that have their own Tesla dealerships, Arizona wouldn't allow Tesla to have corporate owned dealerships.

Good for them. I for one, can't wait till the legacy dealership purchase model dies. Dealerships, real estate agents even attorneys have profited from pure tradition for far too long.

Several of my neighbors have these and they are great cars. As I long time TSLA shareholder I'm very happy with the stock performance the past 5+ years

Great news. The article wanted me to log in. Did it say where the new store(s) will be? I wonder if one will go in at the new Indian School and 101 auto mall.

I'm guessing that is where there first one will be located. I'm guessing a second one will soon follow and will likely be in Chandler/Gilbert where that luxury auto mall (Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Ducati, Cadillac, Maserati) is located at Gilbert and 202.

There's no BWW dealer there and the Maserati dealer is down the road in Gilbert, there is a Volvo dealer underway however. I'd bet a location at Indian School and 101 could serve all of Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, East Phoenix and Gilbert

Sorry I didn't know there wasn't a BMW dealership there. I thought I heard that once, good to know.

I was just surprised to learn they have a Maserati dealership. I was looking them up and saw they had a dealership and almost fell out of my chair. That is crazy to think Gilbert has grown so much that they are selling Maseratis now. I asked someone where it was and they told me it was 202 and Gilbert Rd. Nonetheless, that is crazy. My feeling is if they can attract Maseratis, Tesla isn't far behind.

Yeah the Maserati is in the Gilbert auto park which is 202 and Val Vista. BMW has a location at Ray and I 10 in West Chandler, and according to the service guy I deal with there aren't any plans for a new one along the 202

This was a legal - technical - decision that allowed it - basically saying it was always legal - we are just finally arriving at that decision in court.

Now, my guess is Lucid Motors coming to the state with their manufacturing facility will keep what might have been a legislative effort to reverse the legal decision from occurring since Lucid wants to use the same model.
