Gilbert is real nice. Most of it is shiny and new with lots of families.

Seville is a wonderful community. The country club is great - the pool is FABULOUS!! It's seriously like a resort pool. The community itself is very pretty. Everyone knows each other. There are lots of activities through the club for adults and kids, people have block parties, etc - it's very friendly. Seville also has an elementary school within the neighborhood - Riggs Elem - which is being built now and will be taking it's first class this fall.

It's in southeast Gilbert, at Riggs and Higley. It'll be a short drive to the two new, high end malls being built right now - one at Williams Field and Greenfield, the other at Val Vista and the 202 (if you're looking at a map). There are also Super Target shopping centers, movie theaters being built, etc.

Gilbert is an excellent place to live and raise kids. Everything is mostly new, people are very friendly, real estate isn't crazy expensive yet, and the city planners are doing a nice job with building the city.

Do you know which builders are building in Seville? Sounds interesting enough to relocate so my husband can have a home life.
Thanks.
