Can anyone give any up to date news on the legal situation with the Riverbend rv park on the spring river at hardy Arkansas?

I was considering buying an rv lot there with a camper already on it, but then the park was closed because of legal issues. I have not heard if it has opened back up yet or not.

Does anyone know anything about the status of the park and the legal issues now?

Are there any other rv parks near hardy on the spring river that sells rv lots which was not owned by the same man that owned the beach club and riverbend?

Thanks in advance for any information provided.

Bill R

IIRC, all of Wayne's propertys are now being mangaed by someone else, and Wayne is still, "Gone With the Wind".

Two things I would consider here......

Riverbend is close to the river, and at one time or another, it's going to flood.

There are many RV parks around the Hardy area, and fewer and fewer RV's, so the deals are there.

You could do a lot worse than Hardy.
