We are looking at the same thing: we now live in NM but want to be closer to our family. Right now we are considering Hot Springs Village, Ft Smith and Muskogee Ok. We have heard of Bella Vista, where is that and what is it like? We will be taking our first research trip to the two states next month. Our biggest concern is the high taxes. We are not concerned about income taxes as our income isn't that high but 9.25% sales tax including food is blowing our minds. I can't wait to investigate all the places we keep hearing about.
