Hi, what are the most impressive downtowns in Arkansas, outside Little Rock? Population > 25,000

Impressive as in highly walkable, street fronts on most blocks (not littered with surface parking lots, actual density and urban feel), multiple hot spots (not just one street or strip where everyone goes and the rest of the downtown is "dead"), would love to see an event at least once per week that brings the town out. Love the feel of vibrant areas and being in the midle of everything

Currently live in downtown Little Rock, and want to move this winter somewhere else in AR, and want to be right in the city centre. WFH so could really locate anywhere in the U.S., but want to stay in AR and get the feel for every major city in the state. Also a bit of an architecture freak and like taking pictures of beautiful structures, especially those in the early 1900s style, and panoramic drone shots hovering over the city to capture all it has to see.

Hot springs downtown is a national park site because of the old hot springs buildings. Some other nice buildings also.

Agree with what has been mentioned, my top 3 favorites are Hot Springs, Conway and Fayetteville, not in any particular order.

Thanks for the replies! I've went on Google Maps and ”walked” around the above listed cities' downtowns, and am loving Conway, Hot Springs, and Fayetteville. Went to Toad Suck in Conway several years ago and loved the atmosphere and vibrancy, although was only there for one day.

Looked at Rogers too and I love the popping colors and cute streetfronts, was way denser than I thought it was.

Still have a few months to make a decision, but Hot Springs seems to be the winner for me. It's blowing even the River Market in LR out of the water with the main stree and omg, the architecture of the buildings along bath house row are exquisite! Saw a few side roads with density as well. Can't believe I've been sleeping on Hot Springs all this time.
