Agreed, the missing option and winner is Bellevue. It's actually more impressive than most of these options.

If Bellevue can't be included, my next bet is San Jose with Sacramento following closely behind. Tacoma and Oakland are a tossup.

I have to say I love Tacoma's skyline. It's not the biggest but it's layered and detailed. Bellevue is nice, but very homogenous and plateaued. Also, when you mix in the bay, hills, and Mt. Rainier, it's really hard to beat Tacoma IMO. I'll 100% agree that it's not the biggest though.

Sacramento's skyline is waaayyyy better than San Jose...
