Bellevue’s skyline already surpasses Portland and it’s projected to have huge growth with the new light rail station and Amazon opening up a new office tower. It’ll probably be skyline #4 within a few years.
Oakland's skyline only looks impressive with SF as its backdrop. It doesn't even feel impressive when driving thru it on the interstate, unless you can see SF from it...
SJ easily has the worst skyline of any major city....
Tacoma has a pretty good skyline...
Long Beach's skyline is okay, not the worst but what would make it the best of this group?

Sacramento has as strong an argument as any city here, stronger than most, yet no one is mentioning it...

Downtown San Jose skyline is better than Jacksonville, San Antonio, Phoenix and Fortworth
The West LA area skyline(Santa Monica-Westwood-Century City-Beverly Hills-Mid Wilshire) is just massive from LAX--I'll say that area is 6th, maybe even 5th tbh
