Georgia, simply because it is mostly Christian, and it has been influenced by neighbouring Russia. While western Turkey was Greek and Byzantium/Christian, it's now solidly Muslim. The Turks are culturally pretty Central Asian as well, as well as heirs to the ancient Hittites, Galicians, Anatolians.

Are you including all of Europe or just the EU? All of Europe is pretty obviously Georgia.
