I vote for the God Delusion. The reason being is that the title of the other one sates "How religion poisons everything" or something to that effet. As A Diest, That title appealed to me, and for the first few pages, Hitchens pointed out the problems and futility of religion. But then he switched to attacks on belief in God, not attacks on organized religion. If we think about it, there is much that Deism has right. Religion, not God, is the problem. It is religious followers who create the problems and atrocities in the world. True, they may claim divine inspiration, but since we know that there is no diety commanding these things, we can point to a man made earthly writing (such as the Koran or Bible) behind these deeds, not to mention an organized mess (like a church or religious group) inspiring these individuals. I think Hitchens touched on this but then flew off the mark.
The God Delusion is a well written book, with scientific examples and reason behind it. I am not trashing Hitchens book completely, but it is the lesser of the two.
