Fortunately, atheism (or irreligion, at least) increasing depends on education, not on procreation.

I guess that if there is a dark atheist conspiracy it is educating other people's children as fast or faster than they can produce them.

An uphill task even in the increasingly irreligious West, where secularism is neither encouraged, supported or funded. Religion still has an inordinate and undeserved amount of credit and clout, even though it dragged its feet over women ministers/Bishops and same-sex marriage.
