Hi there! Looking for a place for my parents, they are very youthful seniors and do not want to live in a senior/adult living community. My dad is a long-distance runner so sidewalks and/or local trails are important. Plus, they are extrememly conservative. I *think* I have narrowed it down to Governor's Preserve because of the aforementioned (sidewalks and trails and conservative"ness"). But does anyone have any thoughts about GP? Please...any and all info welcomed. Crime, attitude of people, anything....please...and thank you!!

Default follow up to my question

Any knowledge abut the roads off Cumming Hwy that lead to GP? It looks like a sweet drive, kinda looks like Hickory Flat (which I love!)...but am right in that or wrong....like is it really a dangerous (drugs, crime, meth) area leading into GPreserve? Harmony and Jay ??? Road Big thank you for your help!!!

I can't comment on GP, other than to say that it's pretty far out there. They can get the same thing in Harmony on the Lakes, where we are, and be +/- 8 miles closer to the civilization. We've got sidewalks throughout the development, and a decent trail system around the lake. Crime in the area is virtually non-existent, and you're close to Hickory Flat.
