If you own a home in S. Forsyth County and also own a rental property that feeds into North Fulton Schools. Are you legally able to send your kids to North Fulton Schools provided that the parents are responsible for the transportation? Since you are paying Fulton taxes, I wouldn't see it as a big issue, but wanted to know what the school district rules are.

Thanks.

Not legally anyway. You need to reside at the address you are using to determine schools.
