Funny thing is the record highs in Atlanta probably are the average highs in Dallas, but its a lot less humid here. Humid air cools the heat so triple digits are less likely.

Not quite. The highest average temp for Dallas is 95. That's not exactly record breaking for summer in Atlanta, unless you're talking about day after day.

None of that's really true. If any city has the more tolerable summers, it is Atlanta, and Dallas can get just as cold if not colder than Georgia.
I'm sure the "dominating ghetto culture" is just another term for black people minding their own business. And you're mistaken if you think you'll be escaping blacks in Dallas.
