CNN International is much better and more similar to the networks you mentioned. Only the American version is terrible, and it's because they are trying to appeal to the mass of idiots we have in this country who want their news as entertainment.

I recall some ridiculous CNN "debate time"(?) where a few badly-chosen idiots tried to explain why a psychotic Christian was correct in throwing stones at atheist children walking home from school. After that I stopped looking to CNN for any sort of edification. I don't think I've seen anything so flagrantly stupid on any news source since then.

Fareed's Sunday program is quite good imo. One of the few quality shows on CNN.

While we've been talking primarily about CNN, it's worth pointing out that HLN is a completely different story -- Morning Express with Robin Meade is the BEST A.M. NEWS SHOW ON TELEVISION! Not only is the woman absolutely GORGEOUS to look at, she's a total CLASS ACT -- genuinely sweet and an amazing ambassador for Atlanta. Robin is involved in so many terrific charity and community organizations here in Georgia. WATCH HER!

CNN and FoxNews both screwed up the SCOTUS ACA decision announcement. CNN should be ashamed of itself.
