I'm guessing that by "affluent" you mean wealth/net worth? Ann Cox Chambers is the wealthiest resident of the Georgia. I have no idea where she lives, but I'm sure it's fancy.

Anne Cox Chambers still lives in her Buckhead mansion I think for over 20 years. She is the 19th richest person in America.Ted Turner like all old retired people is in Florida somewhere.

Ok,
I guess I need to rephrase.
When Ted is not playing cowboy in Montana, or dipping his toe in the ocean in Florida (as has been alleged), . . .
WHERE does he stay when he is in town looking after his business interests IN THE ATLANTA AREA ??

One other thing.Ted Turner is not as rich as he used to be.He pledged 1 billion of his then almost 2 Billion dollar fortune a few years ago,to the United Nations.I think its 100 million a year for 10 years. So to answer you other question,he is listed behind ( I think) 5 other billionaires in the State of Georgia(hes not a permanent resident anymore)

I'm pretty sure Ted is rich enough to own a few condos/houses around the city/metro.

I do know that he has an exclusive suite at the Omni. One at the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead too.

He did have a large property off of Cox Rd in what used to be unincorporated Alpharetta, now Milton. I'm not sure if he still owns it.
