Just to give u guys a heads up..Those who like to do payment arrangememts..On December 22nd there will no longer be payment arrangments available.. You will have 7 days from your due date to make your payment or your services will be shut off.. I got this from a friend who works in the corporate office in Philly.. This is not just pertaining to the Atlanta market its in all marketa across US... Comcast wants all there coins on time.

Great idea.... If you happen to live in Augusta, Columbus, or West Point. It is not an option anywhere else in the state.

Also, it got bought out by WOW! earlier this year. Hope they keep the same level of service.

I loved Knology when I lived in Huntsville. Comcast is the worst provider I've ever had. Don't have cable. Don't miss it. Don't miss that ridiculous bill.

Last week we forgot to pay Comcast and couldn't get internet service. After calling them, we learned that we were 8 days late. I thought my wife took care of it and she thought I took care of it.

We immediately paid but was told it would take up to 24 hours to get the internet back on. We got it back 4 hours later.

They charged us a $25 fee for something we never got. Told us not to pay it that it ould be taken off. Then they shut off our cable. Right before a crucial soccer game. My husband told them to come get their boxthe next day. We cn't even say Comcast in this house or he goes into a mouth foaming rage. They've offered him up to a year free snd he still won't budge.
