The address is 100 Saratoga Drive and the apartment name is "Berkshires on nesbitt ferry".

I will be working by the mall 5 miles away, and while I saw that immediate area and is was nice, I didn't have time to look around a lot. I saw an AMLI apartment in person but they seem way overpriced. Anyone know anything about this area or apartment? We are relocating from the northeast, and the prices are good, and they have renovated all of the apartments recently. Thanks for any help!

That area has gotten worse. I just moved from right around the corner (Preakness Drive) out to Canton. There's a lot of construction & traffic. Nesbit Ferry & Old Alabama roads are all two lanes, so on school days it can take 30 minutes to drive the 5-8 miles up to NorthPoint.

You might want to post this on the Atlanta thread instead.

Alpharetta is a very upscale family oriented area. The traffic is horrendous, but that's what happens when a rural area with a rural road network has a population explosion. But if you are wondering the area is safe then you have nothing to worry about. I can't think of one sketchy neighborhood in alpharetta. Roswell has some areas to avoid.. but you will be fine in Alpharetta.. and since you will be working at the mall.. it doesn't really sound like traffic wil be a major issue for you.

Default another option

I would also look at the St Andrews Apts off of Jones Bridge Rd. It could be an easier commute to the Mall and you can walk to some restaurants and shops. There is also a lot less contstruciton
