I don't recall hearing of Scoop before, but the description sounds like a department store: Scoop NYC sells clothes and accessories for men and women. It calls itself a “one-stop shopping experience of expertly curated styles: luxury, designer and contemporary ready-to-wear."

Yea, that is because this is at the "Buckhead Atlanta" redevelopment project.

Scoop is similar to Barney's CO-OP concept.

The Scoops I have been to in NYC and Greenwhich are quite small as opposed to the Barney's CO-OP. Not exactly ground-breaking for Atlanta. However, I do love Moncler! Expect to see lots of their little ski symbols on puffer coats in Buckhead. (not that it is normally cold enough to wear them, here).
