Two things:
1. Having not hurt anyone does not negate other points in the argument. No one here ever thought they hurt anyone and their points were unrelated to that. It's irrelevant to the conversation.
2. It has been mentioned several times that this is not civil disobedience. They law they broke is unrelated to their cause. Civil disobedience is when a person or group breaks a law they perceive to be unjust as a means of protest.
