Loudermilk is bringing condos to Buckhead Village, replacing a strip of 1 story commercial buildings.

The hope, though, is that these residents wouldn't be getting in their car for everything they do. They're actually going to be in a dense pocket with plenty of stuff to walk to, on both sides of Peachtree/Roswell.

Now the next step is some meaningful transit along Peachtree. Something that's a major upgrade in every way over the current 110 route. Then Buckhead Village can be more connected and less of a "drive to" urban area.

The 110 sits in Buckhead car traffic, is not yet a high capacity bus, and does not yet have any rapid transit features or enhancements. It has too many stops, and honestly 15 minutes is way too infrequent for the primary signature main street of the city.
