Not sure but these 10k high paying tech jobs that will come to Midtown once NCR and that Ga Tech building are complete and those IT jobs at the BOA tower. It will be very easy for residential developments IMO

Even at 80k its difficult to afford what these new Midtown apts are asking in rent.

I have one above the median without a degree. Experience trumps all in the field. Some companies might require undergrad, but most don't.

I don't think he/she can go wrong with a bachelors in computer science or something like that, but a masters doesn't seem to be needed. I have a good friend in Atlanta who's in IT making six figures with just a bachelors; he's getting an executive MBA from UGA now only because he wants a position with more responsibility. But just in terms of salary, advanced degrees don't seem necessary at all in this field.
