Are you actually advocating for this in Tuxedo Park?

Dios Mio. Can you actually try and put forth an actual argument?

Anyone that has spent much time here and knows the City at all wouldn't even question that this place is historic AND beautiful.

Then you've never been there? Then you are beyond clueless as to what you are even talking about.

I think all 3 of those are unattractive. The first two look like 40s thrown up military brick. The last one is some gated fortress. Might look better without the gates.

You aren't familiar enough with the subject to even care, you are just arguing for the sake of it. Educate yourself a little, and then get back to me.
He has a point. You've got nothing.

I used to have one of those little townhouses on Muscogee and they are very nice. Wish I'd kept it.

You could walk right up to the corner and catch the Peachtree bus.

So I take it that you're an advocate of removing zoning ordinances altogether.
That's worked so well elsewhere.

Actually, society at large does have a vested interest in subsidizing low income housing. All of the people who can't afford nicer lodging/places to live, etc. are going to have to go somewhere if you don't want them all to die or get sick from exposure.
