Kill it with fire. That entire block is ugly garbage. Not all history is worth preserving.

Townhome development in its place. Medium housing.

I am okay with remodeling it. Bring in a top flight acoustical engineer to get the sound right. I also agree with cq that it would help to finish breaking up the superblock.

Not everything old is worth preserving. And its a poor use of prime land.

I could go with this. I really need to take a good look at at the ACC again before passing judgment, though.
