No idea what's Most popular, but I eat multi-grain from Aldi. There's the rare time I'll make my own, but those are special occasions....
I don't like gaining weight, I don't consume bread- can't anyway because I have celiac disease. I have convinced tons of people to stop eating wheat and I'd say the vast majority have thanked me. You're welcome.

I take my lunch to work every day. It's pretty tough to make a sandwich without bread. Costco baguettes are great, as are their croissants. I buy them, slice them up, and freeze them until needed. We only buy supermarket loaves if we want something that specifically calls for them, like a reuben sandwich or a patty melt. Then it's Arnold rye.

oh, you're serious. i'm sorry you have celiac. there's nothing unhealthy about wheat for people who don't have celiac though.

And btw, I really wish people would stop with the eating bread makes you gain weight stuff. No, eating above the amount of calories that you're supposed to eat to maintain your weight makes you gain. I eat a ton of bread, pasta, rice, etc all the stuff they say will make you fat but I don't gain a thing. Calories in vs calories out.
